Operations & Capabilities

The Company provides engineering and infrastructure services, including project design, construction, supervision, commissioning, and maintenance, as well as the supply, installation, leasing, hire, importation, and trading of construction machinery, industrial equipment, and engineering materials.

Green Crescent delivers project and management services focused on effective planning, quality control, risk mitigation, and safety assurance to achieve safe, compliant, and timely project outcomes.

In Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE), the Company provides consultancy, audits, inspections, training, and implementation support, alongside general oil and gas field services, promoting safe systems of work and continuous improvement.

Green Crescent undertakes environmental planning and management, including environmental impact assessments, air quality monitoring, water and surface water monitoring (upstream and downstream), noise monitoring, pollution control, environmental reporting, and regulatory compliance support. The Company is registered with the relevant national environmental authority and manages hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including septic tank effluent evacuation and responsible disposal.

In the water sector, Green Crescent delivers borehole drilling, deep well development, maintenance, rehabilitation, and water treatment services, providing reliable and safe potable water solutions.

The Company is actively engaged in energy and power solutions, supplying generators, LPG systems, LPG generator carburetors, cylinders, regulators, gas cookers, and delivering end-to-end LPG infrastructure, including gas plants, skid stations, storage tanks, dispensing systems, and professionally managed LPG filling stations in Warri and Ukpo.

Green Crescent also serves as a supplier and regional representative of renewable energy and electric mobility products, sourcing solar panels, hybrid inverters, battery energy storage systems, and Wuyang electric motorbikes from Guangzhou, China, delivered through a structured order-to-delivery model.

Additionally, the Company provides wholesale supply of bottled drinking water and carbonated drinks and delivers education and training services in HSE, environmental management, engineering safety, and workforce competency development.
