Its operations include heavy-duty equipment manufacturing, installation, servicing, and maintenance, as well as the sale, lease, hire, importation, and trading of construction machinery, industrial equipment, and engineering materials. Green Crescent also provides technical consultancy, professional training, supervision, and project management services for complex engineering and infrastructure projects.

Green Crescent maintains strong project and management capabilities focused on effective execution, risk control, quality assurance, and timely delivery, while ensuring compliance with client requirements, Nigerian regulations, and internationally recognized best practices. Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) management is a core pillar of the Company's operations, supported by consultancy, audits, inspections, training, and implementation services, alongside general oil and gas field support.

The Company undertakes environmental planning and management services including environmental impact assessments, environmental monitoring, waste management, pollution control, and sustainability advisory services. Green Crescent also provides deep-well and borehole drilling services, including hydrogeological assessment, drilling, rehabilitation, operation, and maintenance, as well as water treatment solutions for potable and industrial water supply.

In the energy sector, Green Crescent Engineering Bureau Limited is actively involved in LPG infrastructure development, including the design and construction of LPG gas plants for domestic and commercial use, sales and installation of LPG skid stations, LPG storage tanks, dispensing and metering pump systems, and the supply of LPG products and accessories, all executed in accordance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.

The Company is also engaged in the trading, marketing, and distribution of industrial and renewable energy products and serves as a Nigeria-based representative of selected Chinese manufacturers. These include battery-operated electric motorcycles manufactured by Wuyang, renewable energy solutions from Area Flash, CTHECI, and DEMUDA, comprising solar panels, inverters, batteries, and energy storage systems.
