Mary Uchefuna boasts a remarkable career spanning eighteen years across diverse industries. Renowned for her expertise in process optimization, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives, she has consistently inspired trust and delivered exceptional results as a collaborative leader. With a bachelor’s degree in economics (Second Class Upper division) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and ongoing studies in Applied Business Management at the University of Manitoba, Mary is dedicated to continuous learning. She holds memberships and certifications from esteemed institutions, including the Canadian Chartered Institute of Management (CIM), Nigerian Institute of Information Technology, Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria, and Nigeria Institute of Personnel Management. Mary's journey began as a Geography Teacher during her Nigeria Certificate of Education (NCE) Teaching Practice at Ekpan Grammar School, where she ensured academic excellence and ethical standards. Subsequently, Mary assumed diverse roles at Holy Rosary International College, efficiently managing school banking, information processes, and textbook procurement. Mary's career diversified when she joined Bensta Hotels in 2009, excelling in administration, staff management, and financial control. From 2010 to 2019, Mary contributed significantly to Kadick Integrated Limited as an Internal Control Officer and later as Internal Control Manager. Her expertise in risk management and internal controls significantly impacted the organization's success. Now, as the Managing Director of Green Crescent Engineering Bureau Limited, Mary brings her wealth of experience and administrative acumen to drive growth and operational excellence. Her leadership is poised to elevate the company's success and reputation.
Nwokedi Uchefuna
Project Director
Nwokedi Uchefuna is a seasoned professional specializing in occupational health and safety. With a strong educational foundation, extensive work experience, and an unwavering commitment to safety excellence, Nwokedi brings a wealth of expertise to his role at Green Crescent Engineering Bureau Limited. Nwokedi holds a bachelor’s degree in applied physics Electronics from the University of Lagos, providing him with a solid scientific and analytical foundation. Currently serving as the Project HSE Manager at SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions (GWTSNC), Nwokedi is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal requirements. He formulates safety policies, conducts thorough assessments, and implements preventive measures, managing subcontractors and recruitment of HSE personnel. Nwokedi's previous roles include HSSE Deputy Manager at BUTEC Dubai Branch, where he contributed significantly to the Sharjah Waste To Energy Project Phase I, and HSE Advisor, overseeing aspects of the Deira Sewage Treatment Plant project in Dubai. He has also played key roles in various projects at INCO Group International FZ-CO, ensuring safety during field fabrication, tank erection, and piping works. In addition to his practical experience, Nwokedi holds certifications such as ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH International General Certificate (with Distinction), and OSHA Professional Certificate. He is currently pursuing the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and ProQual Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice. Nwokedi's achievements include an impressive 8 million safe man-hours without a Lost Time Incident (LTI) at SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions (GWTSNC), reflecting his dedication to safety. His expertise and commitment make him a valuable asset as Project Director at Green Crescent Engineering Bureau Limited, ensuring successful project execution while prioritizing safety.
